Refund policy

Refunds

You have until 7 days before the first session you paid for starts to request a refund.

We do no accept refunds after that date.

To be eligible for a refund, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a refund, or if you have any refund question, you can contact us at contact@cocoetpiaf.com

We will notify you once we investigated your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@cocoetpiaf.com.

 

Refund exceptions

We do not accept refunds on sales or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

In the event of a session being cancelled due to unavailability of the educator, we will arrange for another one to be given at the same time slot in another week.
